Tomato and mozzarella skewers


  • 300 gr of cherry mozzarella

  • 200 gr of cherry or Piccadilly tomatoes

  • Oregano

  • Basil leaves

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • salt

  • Long toothpicks for skewers

Put the whole cherry tomatoes in a bowl and season with oil, salt, oregano and 3 basil leaves, chopped with your hands. Leave in a cool place for 15 minutes to flavour. Remove from the refrigerator and add them on the skewer alternating tomato, basil leaf, mozzarella, basil leaf…. Until it is filled.
