550 grams of vegetable cream

Whip the vegetable cream. Beat the eggs with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained; add the whipped cream and mix well gently. Put two tablespoons of cream on the bottom of a baking dish; Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and lay a layer on the cream. Cover with the cream, make another layer of ladyfingers and finish with a last layer of cream. Finish with chocolate flakes and cocoa powder.
Alternatively, you can whip 2 firm egg whites and combine them in half of the whipped vegetable cream.
For a more summery version, blend seasonal fruit (for example strawberries or peaches), dilute with water and use the juice obtained to soak the ladyfingers. On top of each layer of cream add a little chopped fruit. Finish with sliced strawberries or fish.
