Oat is a rich fiber, very energizing cereal (in fact it is a great ingredient for breakfast), but it is also "heating" so better to avoid it in very hot seasons.
Alternatives to banana and walnuts: blueberries and nutmeg, raspberries and grated lemon rind, grated carrots 1 teaspoon of honey cinnamon and walnuts.
Ingredients for 1 person
1 cup of oat flakes (about 50 gr)
50 ml of vegetable milk (almond, coconut, oats ... ..)
½ Vegetable yoghurt jar (Soja or Cocco)
½ banana cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon of agave syrup extract
15 grams of chopped walnuts
Put all the ingredients in a mixer - except for walnuts and banana - and blend. Add the banana to pieces and coarsely chopped walnuts. Close up with the lid and refrigerate all night. In the morning you can enjoy this fresh and energy breakfast.
