Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 and protein; they have the power to absorb liquids up to 10 times their weight, giving a sense of satiety; they facilitate digestion and - thanks to the mucilage they produce - protect the stomach walls and promote the elimination of waste.
Ingredients for 1 person
1 ½ glass of plant milk (soya, almond or coconut)
1 handful of fresh spinach
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Seasonal fruit to taste to complete
In the evening before going to bed, put the chia seeds and the glass of milk of your choice in a container with a lid. Leave it overnight. The next morning, blend the date and spinach with a little more vegetable milk to form a cream that you will mix with the chia seeds. Complete with seasonal fruit.
