I usually make this recipe with a chicken or a rooster that can be cooked whole or portioned. The choice is yours.
1 bottle of 66 cl of light beer
2 white onions
put the chicken in a saucepan. Add the onions cut into thin slices. Pour the beer bottle, a pinch of coarse salt, cover and cook until the onions melt and the beer absorbs to form a cream.
Delicious with baked potatoes
