1 kg of golden apples
170 grams of Greek yogurt
280 gr of type 1 flour
1 large egg
1 low glass of milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of rum
1 teaspoon of wildflower honey
The grated zest of an organic lemon
1 golden apple
3 tablespoons of apricot or peach jam
Coarsely chopped walnuts and hazelnuts
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (ventilated)
Sift the flour with baking soda. Wash, peel, core the apples and then cut them into pieces and put them in the blender together with the milk until the puree is obtained. Transfer to a bowl, add the yoghurt, egg, cinnamon, rum and honey; finally, add the sifted flour and mix.
Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper, pour in the mixture and level it.
Peel the apple for decoration and make it into thin slices to put on top of the mixture. Sprinkle the surface with jam and coarsely chopped walnuts and hazelnuts and bake for about 40 minutes. After 25 minutes, cover with foil to prevent the apples from burning.
